Zouping Tiansheng Metal Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998, has maintained its stable and sustainable development in the past 20 years. It has become a high-tech and innovative enterprise that integrates product research and development, aluminum alloy smelting, aluminum alloy die-castings, and precision machining to manufacture the motor-vehicle component in a systematic and professional manner.

The Company is located in the Handian Industrial Park, Zouping County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, 55 kilometers away from the provincial capital Jinan, and 8 kilometers away from Zouping junction of Jinan-Qingdao Expressway. The Company enjoys convenient transportation and communication brought about by its superior physical location. It covers an area of 280Mu (19.6 acres) with total assets of RMB 470 million Yuan.

The Company always adhere to the philosophy of “People-centered and first-class products oriented” and has been certified by IATF16949 Quality Management System depending upon the excellent, innovative and scientific management. It has achieved the names of access announcement enterprise for casting industry of China, level II safety standardization enterprise of Shandong Province, technical center of Shandong enterprise, and engineering laboratory of Shandong Province. It has been awarded with 2 municipal science and technology achievements and obtained 19 patents. The "KHG" brand speed reducer and clutch shell products have been identified as the “Famous Trademark of Shandong Province”.

The Company has introduced the advanced manufacturing and testing equipment from foreign countries in batches including 21 die-casting machine made by UBE, TOSHIBA and YIZUMI of Japan and with size ranging from 250T to 2000T, 24 ABB robots, 72 of CNC machining centers and 12 horizontal machining centers imported from Japan and South Korea, 3 units of three-coordinate measuring machine from Italy and Germany, 2 spectrometers from Germany and British, 1 tool setting gauge from Germany, 1 cleanliness tester, 1 contour analyzer, 1 air-tightness tester, ultrasonic cleaning machine and more than 180 units/sets of other equipment.

The Company’s main products include 5 major series and 100 varieties of products, including automobile gearbox, engine, oil pump, steering pump, generator and starter motor. The enterprise supplies ideal, reliable and precise parts and components to the automobile manufacturers both at home and abroad.
