1. Remove the oil pump assembly from the engine body.

2. Check whether the oil pump is in good condition. The common faults of the oil pump include: bending of the driving shaft of the oil pump; eccentric wear of the driven shaft of the oil pump; gear wear; wear and warping of the inner surface of the oil pump cover; wear of the shaft hole of the oil pump housing or If the pump body has cracks, if it is damaged, the assembly should be replaced.

3. After the inspection, install it as normal.

4. Before installation, check whether the screws of the front oil seal and the rear oil seal end cover are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened.

5. The installation sequence is the reverse of the removal sequence.

6. When installing, pay attention to clean the sealing surface of the oil pan and apply sealant.
