On June 29, 2021, 150 students from the 2018 class of Metal Materials Engineering and Welding Engineering from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shandong University of Science and Technology, had a ten-day production internship in Zouping Tiansheng Metal Technology Co., Ltd.

The 150 students were divided into two groups, 75 students in each group. The purpose of this internship is to integrate theory with practice, strengthen interpersonal communication and exchanges, so that you can improve your understanding and grow mature in the process of internship. At the same time, let the students understand that understanding and being familiar with grass-roots work is the first step in management work, and it also lays the foundation for officially entering the workplace in the future.

In order to make full use of this short ten-day period and let the students know and gain something, the Human Resources Department of Tiansheng Company took the lead to formulate the internship plan and logistics support plan in advance.

On the first day of the internship, the safety and environmental protection department of the company gave the students the training of "Safety First Lesson". The company's full-time safety officer Liu Jianqiang made the students aware of the importance of safety work through safety knowledge explanations and safety warning videos. Through the explanation of "Career Planning", the Human Resources Department gave students a clear understanding of their future development and how to plan their own career development trajectories.
